Join us at the first ever L-Moms & Allies Breakfast on January 21, 2009 hosted by KPMG at 345 Park Avenue in NYC. This event is designed especially for lesbian working mothers -L-Moms- as part of Working Mother Media’s Balance Seekers and Diversity Initiatives. This event will provide your L-Moms and pre-moms with extensive networking and learning opportunities and will explore a variety of issues faced by L-Moms. A panel of corporate L-Moms will share strategies for achieving professional and personal success. Topics will include:

  * What it takes to raise a family, be professionally successful and be out
  * How to address the fact that you are one of TWO moms
  * The micro-inequities L-Moms face in the workplace
  * Legal and healthcare issues specific to L-Moms
