Never have we needed women’s leadership more than we do in today’s economy. To continue to hold America’s companies responsible, NAFE performs an annual scrutiny to reveal how women are doing. We count women in top positions, examine strategies to boost progress and present best practices.

The day begins with a high-level, invitation-only Executive Women’s Leadership Symposium for representatives of winning companies. Then join us in honoring the 2010 NAFE Top Companies for Executive Women at our Awards Luncheon. The luncheon program includes an opening keynote focusing on the current state of women in business and featured speakers addressing compelling issues relevant to the advancement of women. Previous speakers have included noted New York Times columnists Nicholas Kristof and Gail Collins.
