The Advancement of Women in STEM leadership summit will guide participants through a challenging day of self-discovery and effective action planning. Skill-building workshops will teach women how to be confident and intentional leaders while building a strong network, managing key relationships and learning strategies to impact growth and innovation through others. Together, we will cover the treacherous terrain of office politics and discuss strategies for identifying the road map for success within your organization. We will hear from women who have successfully forged their own career paths and are willing to share their perspectives on the journey.
