Trust is a relationship of reliance. The key to trust is in action, and in particular, in commitment. This workshop 
will help participants better understand trust, including how to build, retain and restore trust to overcome loss 
of creativity, cooperation and freedom in competitive workplace cultures.
 
At mixed-race tables, participants will identify:
               	- Ways to build trust in the workplace and in a global economy in order to open new worlds and possibilities.
               	- Why and when to trust strangers in a multicultural world.
	- Ways to trust their own impulses, emotions and moods to create possibilities for the future that allow
