Diversity representatives from 13 companies of the Diversity & Inclusion in Asia Network came together to develop this report and the purpose has been to:

    1. Understand one company's performance and compare it to other multinational companies in a particular
        country and across Asia.
    2. Help companies recognize what strategies are working for them and against them, and what they can do to
        advance the progression of women in Asia.
