Houston Multicultural Women's Town Hall
About this Town Hall
This year's theme is Trust: A Business and Cultural Imperative. Trust is a complex concept - as old-fashioned as seamed stockings, yet as timely as a portable hard drive. It's a business essential in the twenty-first century. And according to diversity and workplace experts, trust is crucial to the success of a multicultural workforce. For multicultural women, trust may mean the difference between professional success and failure. Some behaviors create trust while others destroy it. Can you repair trust once it is broken? Why is trust important to your business and personal advancement?
